Dr. Lipkins has been a school psychologist, and a consultant. She has taught in various settings, including college, hospitals and day care centers.
Dr. Lipkins earned her B.A. from Fordham University, and a M.S. in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education. She also has a M.S. and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Yeshiva University. Dr. Lipkins graduated from Adelphi University's Derner Institute, receiving post-doctoral certification in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Dr. Lipkins is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Nassau County Psychological Association and The National Institute of Sports-Division of Sports Psychologists.
